Office Staff

You will see many faces as you visit our office, as we have had a flexible staffing plan in effect since the practice opened. Many of our staff members work part time, and most came to our office as parents of small patients before they joined our staff.

Our physicians are available to you by telephone. Our office staff will help with scheduling, insurance, and other matters, but all questions about your child’s care, urgent and “routine,” will be answered by our doctors. We have allotted time on each physician’s schedule to return phone calls. If your baby or child has an urgent need, please tell us when you call so that a doctor can talk with you as soon as possible. There are no “silly questions”, and we consider our telephone contacts with families to be a very significant part of our interaction with our families.
